Ubox
look for "Ubox" in Google Play or App Store and download it.
Please select your phone system.
a. Use the supplied screwdriver to open the camera insert cover.
b. Find the SIM card and insert him into the camera. (You can also use your cell phone SIM card)
Note: Cameras sold to the United States and Canada come with a SIM card by default; for users in other regions, please purchase your own SIM card.
c. Note: The orientation of the SIM card.
a. Please make sure the solar panel battery is fully charged before you go to install it.
b. Green LED flashing - charging; green light is always on - the battery is fully charged.
c. If the battery is not fully charged, use a USB power source to charge the panel separately.
d. Yellow light - panel has power output to the camera; red light - battery health.
a. Connect the camera to the panel as shown in the figure.
b. After pressing the switch on the panel, check the camera's indicator. When the blue light of the camera indicator stays on, open the APP to add the camera.
a. Open ubox, select 4G device and use your phone to scan the QR code at the bottom of the camera.
b. Wait to be added.
When the camera starts, press and hold the reset button until the camera sounds "reset".
Correct:The installation is perpendicular to the direction of human walking.
Note: Installation height 3m (10ft), please do not install too high, airflow will cause the camera false trigger alarm.
Error: Installation is parallel to the direction of human walking.
Error: Don't point directly at tree installation.
OFF: When the battery is low, you can turn off the PIR to reduce the power consumption and wait for the panel battery to be filled again before turning on.
High sensitivity: Alarm when someone stays in the monitored area for more than 2 seconds.
Medium sensitivity: Alarm when someone stays in the monitored area for more than 5 seconds.
Low sensitivity: Alarm when someone stays in the monitored area for more than 7 seconds.
a. Check if the camera blue light is on?
b. Check if the panel orange light is on? Check if the battery is fully charged?
c. Check if the SIM card is topped up with traffic?
Note: Due to laws and regulations, the device needs to be reported before it can be used, please contact your local SIM card provider to replace the legal SIM card.
Red light
On: The battery voltage is normal (above 2V)
Off: The battery is abnormal.
Green light
Flashing (1 flash per second): charging (battery voltage between 2.8-4.0V)
Flashing quickly (1 flash every 0.5 seconds): charging failure
Slow flash (1 flash in 2 seconds): The battery voltage is below 2.8V.
Always on: The battery voltage is above 4.0V.
Orange light
On: there is output voltage
Off: No output voltage
Red LED
Camera start-up
Blue LED
Blue LED blinking: waiting for networking
Blue LED stays on: camera is on the network
Blue LED blinks slowly: SIM card has no traffic
a. Press the panel switch once again to power down the camera and restart it.
b.Or wait for 2 hours, the camera will automatically connect to the network.
